Tom Blackburn-Rodriquez, Founder and CEO of Public Service Solutions, has been volunteering, writing and serving the public for most of his life. It's his joy to share with others in the 
hopes to make everyone more successful and the world a continously better place to exist. Tom is a board member on several non-profit and community based organizations, he is also the president-elect of the Rotary Club of Kihei-Wailea for 2010-2011.

Tom Blackburn-Rodriguez began working as a community organizer in 1968. He was director of special projects and events for the National Association of Community Action Agencies in Washington, D.C., and worked six years for Maui Economic Opportunity Inc.
